I’ve completed one round of T25 already (down 20 lbs!! Woot Woot) But I’ve also wanted (and have) taken up walkling/jogging (about 4 miles a day) I believe I may actually be overtraining as I haven’t lost any weight in 3 weeks! (wtf, right?)
